Tea is one
of the most common beverages today, no matter what part of the world you live
in. Its great for you, tastes wonderful and can be taken with anything from
milk to honey. However, when it comes to tea, do you really know the type you
are drinking? There are four different types of tea, each with their own
distinct style.
For
starters, we have green tea which is common among many countries today. This
tea is known to bring an assortment of healthy benefits, but in most cultures
it is consumed because of its weight lost principles. Green tea will give you
plenty of energy and is a perfect substitute for that mid-day energy drink.
If you're
looking to buy some white tea it might be a little bit more pricey, because
this rare tea can only be made during one to two weeks out of the year. The tea
is secretly made in China and will cost you a little bit more than other types.
It is rich in anti-oxidation though, and has a great body detoxing principle.
Black tea
is one of the most common teas available. In fact, every time you order tea
you're probably getting some of this delightful tea. For instant, Earl Grey,
Lipton and Brisk are all made from black tea. This tea is easiest to import and
cost the least, but still has an amazing taste that leaves people wanting more.
Finally,
there is Oolong tea. This tea is a fermented mixture of green and black teas
which means it offers you a wider variety of health benefits. Oolong tea is
largely known for the amount of good it does to the digestive system and its
fantastic taste.
Tea can be
a great alternative for most drinks as it will provide you with so many health
benefits that you might start feeling better if you switch to drinking it. Now
that you know the main types of teas try to have a little taste of each one!
